Communication with this seller was prompt, but there were a couple issues: first, even though I specified that they should fix the goals that I had already configured, they created 5 additional goals (which cannot be deleted). Second, they said things were "done" but after a simple test, the goals didn't work (this happened twice). So, it took 2 full iterations for them to realize that what I wanted to do was actually impossible with GA. In that time, I found an alternate solution myself. A real pro could have looked at it and said "that's impossible, use tag manager" without wasting my time and creating junk goals that are now cluttering up my Google Analytics account.

In the end everything works as promised, so I'm happy about the end result. It did however require a couple of revisions and we lost the sales analytics data of a couple of days due to incorrect implementation. It's probably a good gig for setting up tracking for a new website. However for fixing issues on a current analytics set up my experience was below par for the price.
